Initial designs for the BHEDTM website began with a simple page and then content was added as needed
Color and initial design were taken from other website CSS designs.
BHEDTM Project Started

Funding for the BHEDTM project has been granted and work has been started on preliminary basis. Current funding includes the development of a simple website to promote the BHEDTM project.
A Web site design team has been tasked to develop the initial website.
